About Us

Rob’s Kabobs began with a simple idea, a small truck, and a big dream. What started as a single 22-foot food truck parked in our driveway quickly grew into something much more than we ever imagined. In the early years, we built the business from the ground up — turning our home kitchen and dining room into a working commissary, welcoming customers one event at a time, and learning every lesson hands-on.

Through hard work, long nights, and the incredible support of our community, Rob’s Kabobs steadily gained momentum. Our signature kabobs, bold flavors, and commitment to fresh, made-to-order food helped us build a loyal following throughout the Rochester area.

Over the past 10 years, we’ve evolved from a single food truck into a full-service food truck and catering operation. Today, we serve private events, corporate functions, festivals, and weddings, offering not just our beloved kabobs but expanded menu options and customized catering experiences.

What hasn’t changed is our passion. We are still family-driven, hands-on, and committed to quality. Every event we cater reflects the same heart and hustle that started it all.
